Today we were joined by another wonderful guest who is doing great in property, the one and only Sean Boyce of Lime Property Group!
Started in property when he was 19 years old with his very passionate mother. Having a mom who's on your side and who always makes things work is an essential combination of a power team, they nailed it!
Sean purchased his first investment with 4 credit cards and a bank loan. Super excited to replace his monthly income with the cashflow, the opposite happened. Turned out that he invested in the wrong area, made the wrong strategy, hired the wrong people, couldn't get it more wrong.
